3. Please share clear images of any spoiled or damaged mangoes within 24 hours of delivery so our team can review and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Tips to Avoid Mango Damage:

1. Do not choose post office delivery, as it may increase transit time.
2. In case of delivery failure, please collect the parcel from the post office as soon as possible.
3. Once you receive your package, unpack the box immediately, remove the mangoes, and store them in a cool, dry place.
