a) A purchase contract is formed once Greensbasket confirms your order via email. The confirmation serves as acceptance of your offer to buy.
b) All orders are processed in accordance with §151 (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), without the need for a separate declaration of acceptance.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email summarizing your purchase details. Please ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is accurate so we can reach you if needed.
5. Order Rejection or Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
• The customer cannot be reached to confirm essential order details.
• There are unpaid invoices or outstanding balances.
• Incomplete or incorrect payment, billing, or delivery information.
• Suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
We may also, at our discretion, suspend or terminate user accounts that breach our terms or show irregular usage patterns.
6. Delivery Area
We currently deliver across Germany and selected EU countries as listed in our Shipping Information section.
7. Prices, Discounts & Vouchers
• All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
• Shipping and packaging costs are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
• Price adjustments are possible if cost conditions change before dispatch; you will be informed in advance.
• Only one discount or promotional voucher can be used per order.
• Credit vouchers (for missing or damaged items) can be combined with other vouchers.
• Please check the individual terms and validity period of each voucher before use.
8. Product Availability & Substitutions
If an ordered product is unavailable, we will promptly inform you. You may choose to accept a suitable alternative or receive a full refund for that item.
Minor product variations due to packaging or manufacturer updates do not constitute grounds for complaint, provided product quality remains equivalent.
9. Shipping & Delivery
• Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.99 unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
• There is no minimum order value.

The place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, unless another mandatory jurisdiction applies by law.
