Refund Cancellation Policy
At greensbasket, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel or return an order, we’ve made the process clear and straightforward — in full accordance with EU consumer rights.

If you are purchasing as a consumer (a private individual, not a business), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. (Except Orders containing Vegetables & Frozen products)

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Refunds will include the original delivery costs (except for additional fees if you chose a non-standard shipping option) and will be made using the same payment method used for your order — unless we agree otherwise.
We may delay the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must send the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us about your cancellation. Please ensure the goods are securely packed and returned in their original condition.

You will only be liable for any loss in value if the goods were handled in a way beyond what is necessary to check their nature, quality, or functionality.

Please note that fresh mangoes and similar perishable fruits are highly sensitive products. Their internal quality cannot be verified without cutting them open.
All concerns or complaints regarding mangoes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds, as the natural ripening process and handling conditions are beyond our control.
